Services
What needs ground under it?
Eighteen years of work, in eight groups. Every service here is something I have done for real. Most start with the Read, so neither of us guesses.
Scope and price are set together on a free 20-minute call.

How it starts
Find your stage
A few questions, then the free guide for a company your size. Yours to use, whatever you do next.
A free 20-minute call
You tell me what is going on, and I ask questions. No pitch.
The Read
A written reading of your company and where to start. If nothing is worth doing, or you are not a fit yet, it says so.
What I won't do
- Recruiting for you: sourcing, screening or interviewing. That needs a recruiter licence. I build the system and train the people who run it.
- Health and safety as a consultant of record. I can organize the paperwork, not certify it.
- Legal documents without a lawyer's read. Every contract and policy goes to your lawyer.
Not sure which of these you need?
Most owners are not. That is what the free 20-minute call is for. You tell me what is going on, and I ask questions.
